Dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain is cramps in the lower abdomen that occurs during menstruation some women, experienced primarily at ages 18-25 years, ending around age of 40. The impact dysmenorrhea can affect nursing students’ performance class, causing concentration difficulties, anxiety, and psychological stress. variety respondents’ characteristics caused different capacities to adapt sign symptoms. Menstrual be measured by WaLIDD score, which consists Working ability, location, intensity, day pain. This cross-sectional study identified level using Score Instrument. research was carried out starting October 11, 2021, with student respondents from 2019 2020 batches. population this 313 students. accidental sampling technique used study, as many 180 female students who met inclusion criteria participated. analysis 91 severe showed most had based on table. As 80 (44.4%) felt that, time dysmenorrhea, their activities were disrupted. 64 (35.6% ) four locations dysmenorrhea. 83 (46.1%) intensity excruciating. 71 (39.4%) for 1-2 days.
